The 20% Commitment
20% of our team’s capacity is dedicated to sustainability and impact projects. This isn’t pro bono work squeezed into margins. It’s a structural commitment — built into how we operate, how we hire, and how we measure success.
What It Looks Like
WasteLens — our AI-powered waste intelligence platform — was born from this commitment. So was our partnership with food rescue organisations in Baja California Sur. These aren’t side projects. They’re real engineering, solving real problems, with real impact.
Why It Makes Us Better
Engineers who work on sustainability projects come back to client work with sharper problem-solving skills. They’ve dealt with messy data, constrained resources, and users who aren’t tech-savvy. That’s the real world. And it makes every client engagement stronger.
